Do not disappoint your users

Hello. My name is Matthew Lanigan, and I have been a user of Geni.com since August 2008.

I wanted to contact you to tell you that I am disappointed that currently the only option for a Pro upgrade is a year subscription; I am a very busy person, and only dabble in genealogy as a hobby. As a result I only find time once every several months (at most) to work on genealogy-related tasks. So there's no way it would be reasonable for me to purchase a year's subscription; the overwhelming majority of it would simply remain unused.

I have been a Pro subscriber in the past, and was planning to be currently. Sadly, I will simply have to take my research elsewhere.

I was very active on Geni for a long time, and I have always been a proponent of the service. However, with the current state of affairs such that I have to submit this ticket as a BUG REPORT in order to contact you without purchasing a premium subscription, I fear that I can no longer continue with that attitude.
