Not an idea, a problem. I cannot view my families postings or info anymore.

My cousin is the main user of geni, he updates and researches etc and posts new pictures etc every week.  I am basically a viewer and add additional items occasionally.  Recently I no longer can view items posted; my tree has disappeared, and it shows I have no one in my family group.  Do you know what happened?  I used to be able to access all of this.  Thanks for your assistance.  martha
