What if someone submits a ticket which is not answered or even paid attention to? That would be very bad isn't it?

I’m Paul van Voorst ( Geni-Page

registered my daughter (Marjolijn van Voorst – Geni-Page
<http://www.geni.com/people/Marjolijn-van-Voorst/6000000007021644061>). But
she has not used Geni for a while and got a different email-address in the
meantime. So can you remove her old email-address (mallelijntje@xs4all.nl)?
I then can register her new address and she can manage her own profile.
I asked this back in May this year; but did not get a reply back. Can you
please help me out?
