Email

I noticed some information/correction I wanted to pass on to a person named Karen Hewus or some such name regarding a relation we both have ie. Lucia Beasse (Bilodeau). I composed my email and attached an Obit as well etc. and then entered the security number. At that point in time there is no place whatsoever on the web page asking me for my email address. When I enter the security number and click Send however it then POP's up and now ask's me for my email address which I enter but then when I go to check if my email was sent ...It says NO.
