I prefer ancestry.com so far, and have tried on numerous occasions to use geni, but the laboriousness of process in entering data is a complete pain in the you know where. For instance, when I wanted to input "Kent, VA" on an ancestor, geni overzealously pops up a mile long list over various places that I have NO IDEA WHICH MIGHT BE CORRECT. Let it be. Don't be so anal about exactness for the time being. Not to mention when I tried to exit out of this gargantuan list of places, the window exits out out out pain in the neck I tell you. Please stop this! Oh, if you want the birthdates to be configured "just so" write your software to do it, don't force us to do it. Otherwise, again, chill out!
