Remove this profile photo does not work

Hi. When editing the photo the "Remove this profile photo does not work." I can add new photos, however the old photo is still there. I am the primary of all the accounts and this does not work on my own profile. Can you help me delete these photos? I searched for answers, however nothing seems to work. Thank you.
