Printing does not come close to working right

custom print does not print any sort of tree.  Just a long list of names.  when printing from  the non custom screen the print command will only print the first page even though the tree is spread over two pages.  Print via new Dell using win 8.1 with all the latest drivers.Printing on canon 340mx.
