Jeff, Geni Curator According to the system admins, Geni is not having any system-wide kind of problem with email delivery. It's possible the ISP could be rejecting it or that it has gotten placed in a spam folder.

Bruce Roberts Why is it taking so long? I have not received mine, either.

Pat Shay I am trying to contact another member and it says that I have to confirm my email -- which I did when I paid my membership-- but I not gotten any emails. I have tried four times and nothing. I have checked my SPAM folder and there is nothing there either.
