It seems that I cannot contact a living person with my problem unless I pay to be a pro member. There is no place on the site where I may tell an administrator that I need their help in managing erroneous information. I hope that this can be rectified, but in the meantime, I will try to get a response and an action through this portal.
My name is Michael W. Pease. I have a basic membership. I receive, "reminders" often in my emailbox, that someone on my tree is celebrating an anniversary or a birthday, and would I like to send them my best wishes? I have not responded to a certain reminder that I receive each year about my father's birthday, on October 7. This year, the notice hit me harder than usual. I suppose that I thought that whoever posted our pictures and information on the site would have acted by now, but they have not. My father, Walter W. Pease, died four years ago. My mother, Ruth J. Pease, died five years ago. I know when their birthdays are, and I celebrate them. But I do not need to be reminded in my email that I have to remember to get him a card. Please correct this, as it causes pain. They were the most wonderful, loving people you could ever have wanted to meet, and do not deserve this indignity.
Thank you for your time and help in this matter,
Michael W. Pease
