Credit card bug

I have belonged to geni up to now at least. I just went on to look something up and you wouldn't allow it. So I joined your $119 service giving all correct information and you erased it all and said it wasn't right. I belong to a very small cable service which is part of my email address. This may be YOUR PROBLEM. At any rate I am very angry at you. I was an early subscriber. I use Geni a lot and have shared it with others who have joined and you've treated me VERY BADLY.  Anne R Dick
