Reporting a bug in

In signing up for an upgrade, the PayPal link does not work.  I have tried it in both Chrome & IExplorer.

When I click PayPal (after moving the radio-button from Credit Card to PayPal), all that happens is the page refreshes with a "#" suffixed to the existing URL.
