At one time, in order to look at more profiles, just using the mouse wheel would allow you to see more or less. Now you have to go to the control on the left of the screen to do this, and go back and forth to look for other profiles.

David Lea Underwood I have an uncooperative daughter who has put duplicate profiles in the family tree. She will not allow merges which makes the tree confusing.
Geni management does not seem to be able to clear her block, so that I can fix this. I signed up one more time for Geni pro, but am getting fed up with their tech support. They will take your money, but will not help, and there does not seem to be anyway to contact them directly.
