I have a duplicate profile under lynnwaters@aol.com
I have attempted, repeatedly, to add lynnwaters@aol.com to crickwaters@hotmail.com.
Each attempt I am told that a merge request has been sent to lynnwaters@aol.com.
No messages have been received in either my main inbox or my spam folder.
Please advise how to merge lynnwaters@aol.com with crickwaters@hotmail.com
