I would love to buy this 1 year account but when i click the "Start free trial" button i get the following error message. "Unable to add credit card due to the following error: The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider." I contacted my bank and they said everything is ok from their side. Also the card is a Mastercard and i have used it before to shop online so i know it works 100%. To get help, I wanted to submit a ticket but it is not possible to submit a ticket if i´m not a member, so if i have a problem with becoming a member there is no way to submit a ticket or get help? That aside I did not find any email address on your site for help or support so I used bug report as the only means to contact you for support.
Please help me by fixing this card issue so i could apply for the -30% per/year offer while it is still valid.
