Offer Actual Help?

I have tried to update information on family members.  I edit individual profiles, and choose the 'save' option, but these edits do not show up in the family tree.  And, when I seek help from Geni, all I seem to get is an 'offer' to pay more money, for more service, which seems odd to me, as I am not getting basic service in the first place, or I wouldn't be asking for help.  So why should I 'up' my membership, if you can't even arrange for simple date and place changes to register in the family tree, which is, I think, a basic function of a family tree service?  So: no updated information; no actual, realistic help available.  My email address is: zimmermanw@aol.com     I realize this is just a job for you, but I'm doing research, to find questions about family health issues, not just out of idle curiosity.
