Just wanted to check on this and see if it was still an issue. I don't really have a solution - it sounds like a legit but, but maybe it was one of those intermittent things that is now resolved. I haven't heard any additional reports that this wasn't working. It should tell you that it's processing the GEDCOM and that it will email you when it's ready? The email will them contain a link to download the file.
