I have repeatedly tried to renew my Geni Plus with a new credit card. It will not accept a new card. It just reverts to my old, no longer viable, card and tells me the request is rejected.

Jeff, Geni Curator Geni Plus is no longer offered as a membership option. It was discontinued as of September 24, 2013. http://help.geni.com/entries/20447001-What-are-the-different-types-of-Geni-memberships-
So I expect that might be why you're getting rejected. As for your credit card, you can manage what cards you have on file here: https://www.geni.com/account_settings/credit_cards
