It can take a couple weeks sometimes for search engines to update their cache. It's not instant and Geni has no control over it, but I've submitted a request to Google to have them update their cache, which should speed up the process.
Please remove my image from google. Why is there no one I can email to follow up with this request? It seems I have to pay 100 dollars to become a memeber to just report a bug or a problem. This image is of me in a private room at a hospital. It is totally inappropriate. Thank you!
Hi Andi, it appears you had claimed that account in 2011 and had your settings set to be publicly searchable. We have since made it private on your behalf. The link may still be cached in Google's search results and will disappear the next time Google indexes the page.
To clarify, you do not need to upgrade or create an account to report this. Simply email us at privacy@geni.com and our customer service team would be able to assist you.
