All my information is gone and pictures that I had on here. are all gone. How do I reach a real live person, everything leads to them getting you to pay for the pro. I have a lot of hours in there and I am sure someone has used my hard worked for information. I am upset to say the least.

Jeff, Geni Curator Patricia, it looks like you're logged into the wrong account. For some reason, you have two accounts on Geni (different email addresses) and you're logged into the one that doesn't have any information. I've seen this issue dozens of times and that's always the case. I see another account with your name that has a full tree with pictures.
