WHY is confidential information entered into Geni available on other sites without logging in????

I am horrified to find paragraphs of my family tree confidential information including a unique family picture of my Grandmother is listed on http://www.myheritage.com and is available without any type of login or link to my family. This info can only have come from Geni.

  Simply because a relative of you have built a tree on MyHeritage.
  As far as I can see even more than one relative of you have a tree on MyHeritage.
