I get a box that says: We've found a problem We're having a problem completing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, please submit a bug report.
When I do this, I am only brought to a page that asks me to upgrade my service from Geni Basic to Geni Pro that would cost me... please give assistance. Thank you.

Jeff, Geni Curator I have no issue displaying your tree. Is there a particular person you're having trouble focusing the tree on? If not, then I would suggest clearing out your browser cookies or trying with a different browser, maybe Google Chrome or Firefox.
