I have not subscribed for Geni beyond basic. I began with free access to the family tree of my own creation. I can no longer see it, and this is very frustrating, since I am also unable to add any spouses, children, etc. to that family tree. What's going on? Have you take the family tree away from me? Is that any way to encourage anybody to continue with Geni?

Jeff, Geni Curator Nancy, I'm not seeing anything wrong with your tree. As a Curator, I'm able to view it and it looks perfectly intact. My first thought was that you may have logged in with a different email account (this happens once in a while), where one account holds your tree and another is empty, but I see no secondary account and the login time for your account matches your post here. So, I suspect you're having an issue with your web browser or Adobe Flash.
