I have been asked by a relative which I entered that I remove their names from GENI, as they are involved in an antisemitism in France (another Dreyfus type affair) as the target. I told them I would try to remove them, any siblings, children and parents, but leave further ancestors. I have been able to delete the siblings but not the parents (I had not entered any of the children).
Only Serge DREYFUSS and wife Françoise DREYFUSS née GIMPEL need to be deleted

Sure, I can help - the problem is that it's going to split the tree - Serge's parents will be disconnected from everything (left floating). The big question for me is why this is an issue. You could make deceased profiles private so only family members can see them and living persons are already private. I'll respect your choice as the person that added them and as the manager of the profiles, but it seems to be a misunderstanding of the exposure / risk. Just hate to see you destroy your tree based on a false premise. Do know that information on public profiles can stay in search engine cache (like Goggle) for several weeks, so even after you delete the profiles here, they may still show up for a period of time. Just give me the final go ahead and I'll disconnect and delete them.
