Jeff, Geni Curator When I see this, it is always caused by the user logging in with a different account, either a different email address then the one used in the primary tree or perhaps using Facebook login on one of the accounts and an email on the other. Doing a quick search, I do see a profile and tree for a Robert Goodof, last logged in on March 31. What I suggest, after fixing your language preference, is to add your other email address to this account, which should initiate a merge between the two profiles (or close this account and log in with the other email, then add this email to that account). If that gives you trouble, let me know and there are additional ways we can resolve it to get you reconnected to the tree.
