When I click to view tree, pages is blank, how do I get this fixed???

Jeff, Geni Curator Sounds like a problem with your Adobe Flash browser plugin. You could try redownloading it https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ or try a different browser, perhaps Google Chrome http://www.google.com/chrome/ or Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Joel Berger i update Adobe Flash, I have tried on Chrome, Explorer, FireFox, it doesnt work in none of them.

Jeff, Geni Curator The site is not experiencing any problems with the tree or Flash. I can view your tree perfectly fine (normal view and horizontal 5 generation). I tried Mac and Windows, Chrome, IE, Firefox - they all worked. I'd suggest clearing your cache or cookies, but you've already tried different browsers. So, I'm not sure what to tell you. Maybe log out of Geni, reboot the computer, log back in? It looks like an issue with your computer - maybe it's infected with something or some network based content filter. Weird...
