All MY FAMILY TREE SEEMS TO HAVE DISAPPEARED!
A ribbon popped up from below the screen to allow preference changes.
I changed the smallest display font size and the largest display font size. I then clicked the "Tree" option on the top ribbon, but the entire page is blank!
- I logged our of Geni & logged back in - but no tree!
- I then logged out, closed out my browser logged back in - still no visible Tree.
- I logged out, closed browser, rebooted, logged back in - still no Tree!
Can someone help me??
