I have had Geni for several years. My IE won't support Adobe Flash Player, so I now use Firefox and Geni won't recognize me on Firefox.

Help!  All my family info is on geni and it won't let me connect via Firefox and won't let me search on IE.  My email is the same.???

  Or maybe that's just you logging in via IE.  If so, perhaps reset your password and try to log in again on Firefox.  https://www.geni.com/account_settings/email_password
