Don't allow curators to do merges, etc without "permission" from tree owners

I recently learned that Jonathan Wolfson merged a bunch of records into my family tree, but a number of these are incorrect. I don't understand how he can do this just because he's been designated a curator. I've been working on this tree for years and much of the info comes from personal contact with family members, not just random and arbitrary searches on the internet. This idea of curators being able to merge info without consent is not a good one. I'm not happy that I now can't trust what's in my tree.
