All MY FAMILY TREE SEEMS TO HAVE DISAPPEARED!
On 6/20/2015 a ribbon popped up from below the screen to allow preference changes.I changed the smallest display font size and the largest display font size. I then clicked the "Tree" option on the top ribbon, but the entire page is blank! - I logged our of Geni & logged back in - but no tree!- I then logged out, closed out my browser logged back in -still no visible Tree.- I logged out, closed browser, rebooted, logged back in -still no Tree! Can someone help me??
