Hi, my bank shows that you took the 119.40 USD (+ conversion from EUR bank fees) for "renew pro geni". The website carries on asking me to renew my pro subscribe, meaning that I didn't pay for that, but my money is off. I didn't authorize the site to renew, so please, can you help me to understand this ?
