I am still in the early stage of building my tree and, along the way, I invited three relatives. Now, I can no longer edit their profile. How can I remain to be the primary manager for all the profiles?

Jeff, Geni Curator Once a person has accepted an invitation, they become the sole manager of their profile. If you want to be able to edit their profile, you have to get their permission by asking them to set the option "Let my family edit my profile" under https://www.geni.com/account_settings/permissions

Nora Mary O'Brien The other family members have become disinterested and will not reply to Geni messages. I set up the Family Tree, how do I delete them as Managers and take over all profiles?

Jeff, Geni Curator If they are no longer active on Geni, you may be able to report the tree as Abandoned via the Action menu, Report. If Geni determines the manager is no longer active (hasn't been online for an extended period), it will transfer the profiles managed by that person to you.
