Help with log in PLEASE!!!!!

I began the compiling the other side of my family tree using a different email using GENI basic/free because I did not want the 2 sides combining. I entered my sex, first & last name, and gmail email on the main page. It allowed me to enter my ENTIRE family tree and even update it the next day, without EVER asking me to create a password.

Today I tried to sign in and it asked for a password. I asked GENI to send the password to my gmail account (since it never asked me to create one in the first place). GENI then asked for my phone # for security, which I entered. The password and/or instructions to reset one were NEVER sent to my gmail email. I tried numerous times to log in & request the password be sent and it never was (no, it did not go to spam, either).

When you try to submit a bug or ask the community a question, guess what? YOU NEED TO BE LOGGED IN!

Now GENI has my email, family info, and my phone number & I have no way to access my info.

I need to access that side of my tree asap as I will be traveling overseas soon to try to research my family history.

The email/tree account I need to access is Annyc55@gmail.com & I am a female.

Can a human PLEASE help me?

Looks like you have access to this account now as it shows you were online today. You can update your password here: https://www.geni.com/account_settings/email_password

Also know that it's possible that your trees might get combined by Geni Curators if there is overlap or they overlap an existing tree in Geni. Geni is a one world tree and Curators have been instructed by Geni management to merge duplicates. So, try not to be too upset if it happens as that is what this site is: https://www.geni.com/worldfamilytree/learn-more

Isolated trees are better hosted at our parent company, MyHeritage. You can export your trees and upload them there if this is a great concern for you.
