First problem: Invited family member to join my tree, she got a message saying the invitation had expired. Resent the invitation, now she to her profile only to have it immediately roll over into an error message. Checked the help areas but there was not response to an identical problem in 2013.
Second problem: tried to submit a problem ticket but it loops automatically to my account information instead of opening a ticket to be filled in.
Please respond asap. Thank you.

Thank you for reporting the issues. In order to check the issue regarding your invited family member please provide your relative's name or link to her profile page.
Submitting a help ticket is a Pro feature, if you had tried to submit a help ticket on July 22nd it would have taken you to a sign up form to upgrade.
