let me close my acct!!

I want to delete my account. I was allowed in here on my password, but it keeps flashing a red bar at the top of my profile screen, stating that I did not use the proper security code. I DO NOT HAVE A SECURITY CODE. I HAD ESTABLISHED MY PASSWORD AND WAS ALLOWED INTO BASIC BEFORE I KNEW THERE WAS A SECURITY CODE EMAILED TO ME. NOW THE SECURITY CODE IS USELESS AS THERE IS NOWHERE TO ENTER IT. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. THERE ARE OVER 1500 PEOPLE ON YOUR SITE WHO CANNOT CHANGE, RELOCATE OR REMOVE INCORRECTLY PLACED FAMILY MEMBERS ON THEIR TREES. I WANT NO PART OF THAT. A FREE ACCOUNT MUST MEAN THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO FIX POORLY EXECUTED SOFTWARE PROGRAMS.
