Why isn't Geni compatable with Ipads, Tablets or Androids. We can not navigate. I have so much entered on this site that I did on my laptop but now I can't access is because I no longer have a laptop. Also when I do get to the home page, there seems to be a foreign language appearing. Any help?

Jeff, Geni Curator Android tablets should work fine. Apple iPads are more difficult. The problem is that Geni's tree is built on Adobe Flash, which the iPad native browser doesn't support. Geni is in the process of improving a replacement for the Flash tree built on HTML5, which is what you probably see, but it's not as advanced as the Flash tree and they're still working out some issues. An alternative is to get the Puffin Browser, which does support Flash on the iPad. https://www.puffinbrowser.com/

Jussi Turunen I can't even add my parents to the tree on a tablet. I rarely use laptop and don't want to set up just to go on geni. So sadly the whole site is of no use. It is incredible to find a site in this day and age that doesn't work on tablets! Unheard of really. Speaks volumes about the company behind this site. Thank goodness i didn't sign up and pay for the Pro! Would have wasted my money.
Geni....It is 2018 not 1998!!
