HELP - BUGS????

I need you technical HELP please! I cannot ''get into my Geni'' and there are huge chunks of white blocks all over the page - that is - on bts of pages that I can see here. The way the Geni page is ayed out  is also strange and I cannot  acsess anything. I think I have a BIG BUG on my tree or something else ''is broken!''

I cannot even get to take a screen shot for you. Please contact me, or you need to take over my computer with teamviewer, to get this sorted out for me. I am a Pro member. This happened last night. I do not have any other issues with other things on my laptop - so I do not have a clue why this happened. I did work on my Geni yesteraday - but this happened last night, Ozzie time, about at 11:00pm .

 

A week or two ago I had the same problem, but it then went away on its own???? Do not know what is going on here!

  I viewed your tree without issue Wilma.  It sounds like Adobe Flash may be having issues on your computer.  I'd suggest rebooting.

  Dear Jeff - Thanks for trying to help me - but there is still something weird and very wrong here. My whole Geni is ''unstable! ''  so to speak. ( ... by lack of the right technical word to try and describe it to you!) I do not have any other problems on my laptop anywhere, I did a full virus scan - which came up 100% clean about 2 days ago.  I have got the same operating programs /systems etc Goodle chrome. with outlook express and nothing changed on my laptop, since I joined Geni ( except I am now on Windows 10) - and  now all of a sudden during the past two weeks or so, all this is happening - when I want ti work on Geni! Weird! I did the reboot thing ( switched all on and off) and then it worked well for a very short time time and I could log in, my tree was miraculously  back on, no white blocks etc - but this morning it will again not allow me to log in!  I do not know how else to describe this annoying matter. Can you not maybe ''take over'' my laptop with viewfinder to guide me - we can also Skype video or facetime for you to try and see what is the problem? Please - I can noot get this thing sorted out on my own! I am not a technical person. What else can you do to help me? Much appreciated. Wilma in Oz.

  The Geni tree currently relies heavily on Flash as most sites are moving away from it.  You could try the HTML 5 tree, though it's not as good.  http://www.geni.com/family-tree/html5

  It could be hardware acceleration with Flash player - (video card driver).  So you may want to test turning it off:  https://forums.adobe.com/thread/891337
