I, like several other users, am unable to correct an error

I noticed, just today, that my one and only wife is listed as a second such person. In my attempts to correct I ended up with two of the same person as my wife and finally, I don't know who my wife is. With such a fundamental problem that a user cannot correct errors on their own tree I don't know how Geni can remain useful. When I first established my FREE account I was somewhat discouraged in continuing because the data inputting process is so much more convoluted and time consuming than other programs and the display one's TREE covers a comparative football field that I have yet to reach the upper ancestor levels but, encouraged by the frequent and continual contributions of common ancestors and added information for existing ones I again began adding to my own tree but if I can't correct errors on the data for my own wife what hope have I for proceeding back two thousand years of inputs (and errors)?

Please help, if you can.

William R. Lee

Ps: By the way, my one and only wife's name is Martha Jo (Clune) Lee
