Off to a bad start, PayPal option is broken and you don't seem to want customers READY TO PAY to call you. Most of us aren't motivated enough to put up with bad web design AND lazy business practices. Cutomer service should be first. With this customer it cost you almost $100, multiply that by the number of people who won't bother to comment.

We're not seeing any issues with the PayPal option. We do show you attempted to sign up for Pro, however it did not go through due to incomplete information. I have sent you a private message with more details which hopefully will clarify the issue you may have experienced.

Anthony Thomas McKenna, Jr. Same here. I have two-factor authentication enabled in PayPal, but I do not know if this is the problem. When I attempt to go pro, I click check out with Paypal. This button sends me to the old paypal site where it asks that I log in. I click to login and I'm sent to the new paypal site. After going through my two-factor authentication, I'm sent back to the old paypal site where it says "Sorry - Your last action could not be completed."

It looks like an issue with PayPal. Can you try signing up again from our site after you have already logged into your PayPal account?

Pirkko Pauliina Paljakka Me too, I have difficulty paying with PayPal. When I fill in the information about my city, country and postal code and press "Send", it does not proceed any further.
