Can you please allow people who log in from a public library to get help even if the library does not subscribe to Geni Public Access.

The Milwaukee County Federated Public Library System does not subscribe to Geni Public Access. They're afraid that their local librarians would have to provide all the Technical Support. Can you please allow people who log in from a public library to get help even if the library does not subscribe to Geni Public Access. I do not own a computer and I only work on www.geni.com at Public Libraries. I have the Basic version. Now I get an error message saying I no longer  have access to my geni tree. Do I have to set up a new account and rebuild my tree from scratch rather than with my login: marywilhelm12@yahoo.com
