Hi,
My mtDNA and Y-DNA does not upload into my profile.
I have my test results on Family Tree DNA (FTDNA), including:
my mtDNA
my Y-DNA
my Autosomal DNA
my maternal grandmother's Y-DNA (by testing my maternal uncle)
I've tried disconnecting and re-connecting FTDNA account to my Geni.com account but it doesn't resolve the problem.
Another problem is that I get a "View Conflict" regarding my mother (view page 3 of attached pdf). Why?
Please, help me correct this problem ASAP.
