Jeff, Geni Curator Thanks for the report Kenneth, we're discussing the issue in the Curator forum (we've seen a few other people with a similar situation). I don't have a solution yet, but we're hoping to get the developers to look into it soon. Just to clarify, you don't see the DNA tab on your profile, correct?

Geni Customer Support We had some code that was looking at the wrong IP address in the proxy chain, causing us to incorrectly conclude that some users were in restricted countries. We pushed a fix for this yesterday, so hopefully it's fixed for everyone. If not, please follow up here or tag me in a discussion on Geni so we can investigate.
Note that in addition to IP address, we also look at your most recent known address; if you've entered your birth location in France, Israel or Poland and no other address, we're going to assume you're still there. Set at least the country in your Current Location at https://www.geni.com/profile/edit_basics
