Transfer of DNA does not work properly

I connected myself with Geni from FTDNA and the Maternal haplogroup was correct but the fact that the paternal haplogroup was based on a BigY test was omitted.

But when I also connected my uncle whose account I'm managing my maternal haplogroup H2A1C changed to his H3H and I don't know how to correct the wrong data.

  me too! I transferred my data and my relatives files overwrote my own info. I called ftDNA but they said to contact Geni. There is no way to contact Geni however. I tried disconnecting but it still remains.
