Just need help!!

Having several issues since my Grandaughter signed on. Everything was accurate until she joined in April (Nora Gour) & since then several errors have occurred & I seem to be unable to correct them on my own. For instance, I'm getting birthday notifications for my son & stepson??? (Bryan Gour). There are several other errors as well; too numerous to get into here. If this is he incorrect way to clarify this problem, can you please redirect to the proper "help" site. This is causing much grief as you can imagine. Ingrid Gour

  Ingrid, you had some duplicates in your tree that needed merging.  This happens when two family members create trees and those branches are combined into a single tree.  In such cases, we have to complete the merge of the duplicates.  I've completed the existing conflicts in your tree, so it should appear normal now.  There is an additional small tree that could be merged, which was created by Marisa in 2012, but I haven't touched that one.  Let me know if there is any other problems and I'd be happy to assist.

  I got information from someone called wendy on my Relation . Elvena Magann and Edward finlay. I thought it was her information only. Then i went to my tree and i was shocked. Wendy tree has merged into my tree. From wendy and through Edward finlay to back to 1500 and beyond. Could you delete wendy through Finlay tree . Delete everything after edward Finlay thank you. Hope you can help me out. I send email to another curator but i didnt get confirmed or not as to it going through. I am new to this site. So far i got so more information and contacts.
