I can not access my family tree. When I click on my tree the phrase "We've found a problem" comes up. My grandparents Franklin Joseph Wilhelm 20 Jan 1904 - 17 Jul 1962 and Eleanor Rose Wilhelm Harrigan 3 Jun 1908-7 Mar 1998, are married to themselves instead of each other in World Tree and I can't change that. I don't own a computer; I only work at public libraries and they don't pay for this site or have Pro service. I want to talk to anyone who works for the website. Can anyone help me! I used to have over 3000 people in my tree and now I can't even access my parents Gerald Wilhelm 25 Jul 1933-4 Sep 2005 and Charlotte Marie Wilhelm Tomczek 29 Oct 1936. The tree should be as follows:
