I cannot access any overview on my family tree to edit or add information. Furthermore, the tree is not loading at all.

John Michael Lee I am not sure what is going on with the sight but I am experiencing the same problem. No family tree at all and I am a paying member of GENI . I was told I needed to upgrade my flash drive, but that does not work. I am very frustrated. Let me know if you find a solution and vice versa.

Jeff, Geni Curator Could you provide a bit more information, such as the Operating System, what browser and version (if you know). Your trees look fine when I view them, so it might be a browser problem. Updating Adobe Flash (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) is always a good thing if you're not using Google Chrome, but not sure not doing so would break the site. Screenshot would be helpful as well if you can take one.

Patricia Ryan I upgraded Adobe Flash drive and still cannot access my Geni Tree. What is going on. This is not good enough when I am paying for a service.
