I can't find my tree. Tried to logout and login. Geni says tree is loading but it is not. What do I do?

Geni Customer Support Official comment Hi Kathleen, if you know where the missing profiles should be connected, you should be able to see what happened on the Revisions tab of the profile who's now missing relatives. For example if your grandmother used to have parents but now she does not, the revisions tab on her profile will show you who disconnected her parents, and when. As a Pro user (thank you) you're entitled to priority support -- if you'd like to share the details with us privately, just create a ticket using the link below, and provide us with as much detail as you can so we can investigate.

Geni Customer Support Hi,
It appears you're using the new Edge browser in Windows 10. You may want to use the following instructions to make sure the Flash player is enabled:

Elvis Gregory Petrus Piar-Marchena Hi Geni Customer,
I think there is a general problem to login or work in Geni.com. I still have windows 8 and the problem is also there.
As I see, several menmbers have the same problem this week. Maybe there is a general ploblem with your site that only you can solve! internally!

Kathleen Rippy Hanan 90% of my tree is gone. It only shows me and a few dead relatives... my late sister spent years putting together a full history. WHERE IS IT. It was here for a long time, are you purposely cutting it off?
