Please put a look onto these two profiles. When editing thm they don't show the Relationship card (and two others). No way to add marriage date.

If you're not a manager or collaborator with a manager, you will have limited editing to the profile. I think this may include the relationship tab. I'd suggest sending the manager a collaboration request via the actions tab on their profile. http://help.geni.com/entries/461228-Who-are-Collaborators-
