Despite typing in the security code numerous times, e-mail that I am trying to send is not going through, because of a continual prompt next to it: "please send a message." The message is already there, so what is going on here? Why can't I send this message when I not only have typed in both my password and security code?
Are you talking about the Captcha? I've had my script blocking tools prevent that from working sometimes.
I have to correct the e-mail for my son - he has changed his e-mail due to a hacking problem on his old account. How do I change his e-mail , I am the manager of his profile there is on editing enabled for his e-mail address??
