It's happened to me as well. But because I am not a paying member I am not able to get help with the situation. Maybe it's a way to get us to pay the subscription.
The response I get when I try to search is "Report a Bug" but it just brings me to the pay subscription page.
This is now working again thank goodness!
Agree- cannot access my Tree, and all Help pages link to buying a subscription. What happened?!
Amee did you sign in with a different account than which you previously added some family.
You can try signing in with that other account, or if you add just a little bit of your parents or sibling or child, etc it would be easy to see duplicates and merge them.
Can anyone help with a slightly different problem? On my iMac I can see all members of the family tree but on my MacBook I am suddenly reduced to 3 generations only. ???

At the bottom of the tree there are preference settings for the generations to display. Do know that increasing the amount of descendants or ancestors that you can see at one time on screen without expanding a new branch can impact performance and usability.
Edward, Amee, Martina, can you please provide more information so that we can investigate it. What are you seeing, where should you be seeing profiles, link to the profile, etc.
