I changed my profile pic on face book and it wiped out my Family tree completly

I have worked on it  for some time 

is there any way to get it back

  You have two Geni accounts - one is probably tied to your Facebook account and another tied to your email.  One has no tree and the other does.  So you can log in with the other account or merge the two accounts.
